The Splitting Asunder of "The Heavens and The Earth"

The word ratq translated as "sewn to" means
"mixed in each, blended" in Arabic dictionaries. It
is used to refer to two different substances that
make up a whole. The phrase "we unstitched" is
the verb fataqa in Arabic and implies that
something comes into being by tearing apart or
destroying the structure of ratq. The sprouting of
a seed from the soil is one of the actions to
which this verb is applied.
Let us take a look at the verse again with this
knowledge in mind. In the verse, sky and earth
are at first subject to the status of ratq. They are
separated (fataqa) with one coming out of the
other. Intriguingly, when we remember the first
moments of the Big Bang, we see that a single
point included all the matter in the universe. In
other words, everything, including "the heavens
and earth" which were not created yet, were
included in this point in a condition of ratq. This
point exploded violently, causing its matter to
fataqa and in the process created the structure of
the whole universe.
When we compare the expressions in the verse
with scientific findings, we see that they are in
perfect agreement with each other. Interestingly
enough, these findings were not arrived at until
the 20th century.
The picture represents the Big Bang, which
revealed once again that God created the universe
from nothingness. The Big Bang is a theory that
has been proven with scientific evidence.
Although some scientists tried to advance
alternative theories against the Big Bang,
scientific evidence caused the theory to be
completely accepted by the scientific community.

Story of samira

Samira worked at a meat distribution factory.
One day, when she finished with her work
schedule, she went into the meat cold room
(Freezer) to inspect something, but in a
moment of bad luck, the door closed and she
was locked inside with no help in sight.
Although she screamed and knocked with all
her might, her cries went unheard as no one
could hear her. Most of the workers had
already gone, and outside the cold room it's
impossible to hear what was going on inside.
Five hours later, whilst Samira was on the
verge of death, the security guard of the
factory eventually opened the door. Samira
got miraculously saved from dying that day.
When she later asked the security guard how
he had come to open the door, which wasn't
his usual work routine. His explanation: "I've
been working in this factory for 35 years,
hundreds of workers come in and out every
day, but you're one of the few who greet me
in the morning and say goodbye to me every
night when leaving after work. Many treat me
as if I'm invisible. Today, as you reported for
work, like all other days, you greeted me in
your simple manner 'Hello'. But this evening
after working hours, I curiously observed that
I had not heard your "Bye, see you
tomorrow". Hence, I decided to check around
the factory. I look forward to your 'hi' and
'bye' every day because they remind me that I
am someone. By not hearing your farewell
today, I knew something had happened.
That's why I started searching every where
for you.
Moral Lesson to reflect upon: Be humble,
love and respect those around you. Try to
have an impact on people who cross your
path every day, you never know what
tomorrow will bring. Let this story be an
inspiration. Let's share to inspire others;
someone else shared this to inspire me...

Dear Parents How do you expect kids to listen to you when…

▪ Tarzan lives half naked
▪ Cinderella comes home at midnight
▪ Pinocchio lies all the time
▪ Aladdin is the king of thieves
▪ Batman drives at 200 mph
▪ Romeo and Juliet commit suicide out of love
▪ Harry Potter uses witchcraft
▪ Mickey and Minnie are more than just friends ▪ Sleeping Beauty is lazy
▪ Dumbo gets drunk and hallucinates
▪ Scooby Doo gives nightmares
▪ Snow White lives with 7 guys, and much much more to tell about…

We shouldn’t be surprised

When they misbehave, they get it from their storybooks and cartoons which
WE
provide them...

☆We should instead be teaching them stories
like...

✅ Abu Bakr (ra)’s loyalty and undying service for his master

✅ Umar ibn Khatthab (ra)’s love for justice and tolerance

✅ Usman ibn Affan (ra)’s level of shyness and modesty

✅ Ali ibn Abi-Talib (ra)’s show of courage and bravery

✅ Khalid ibn Waleed (ra)’s desire of combating evil

✅ Fatima bint Muhammad (ra)’s love and respect to her father

✅ Sallahuddin Al-Ayubi (ra)’s conquest of the
promised land, and much much more to tell about…

✅ Above all, we should teach them about Allah
(swt), Qur’an and the Sunnah with love and not with force.

and in some narrations is also mentioned. (Majma’uz Zawaa’id)
It is sunnat to recite the following Dua whilst performing Wudhu.
(Amalul youm wal lailah of Nasai)

4. Wash both hands upto the wrists.. (Abu Dawood, Vol.1, pg.15 Mun Abi AlQamah)

18. Commence Masah of the head from the front
(Bukhari- Vol.1, pg. 31. narrated from Abdullah Ibne Zaid )

19. Make Masah of the nape. Do not make Masah of the throat. This is a Bid’at (innovation). (Maraaqi- pg.41)

20. After wudhu recite the Shahaadah:

And then recite this dua:

(Tirmidhi- Vol. 1, pg 18)
Trans: O Allah, include me amongst those who repent excessively and amongst those who purify themselves.
Note: Regarding the above Dua Mullah Ali Qaari has written in Mirqaat, commentary of Mishkaat, that while Wudhu purifies one externally, this dua is a supplication for internal purity. It is as though one is supplicating that, “O Allah, we have cleansed ourselves externally, which was within our power. O Allah, you now purify us internally as well, through your mercy.

Faraaidh (compulsory acts) Of Wudhu

The above mentioned procedure was the Sunnat method. Certain acts are compulsory in Wudhu. If even one is left out or has some deficiency, then Wudhu will not be complete. In Wudhu, there are only four Faraaidh (compulsory acts).

1. To wash the entire face once

2. To wash both hands including the elbows once

3. To make Masah of a quarter of the head once.

4. To wash both feet once upto and including the ankles.

By doing so much, the Wudhu will be completed. However, by performing Wudhu according to the Sunnat method, one’s Wudhu will be perfected and more reward will be attained.

THE SALAT OF  A WOMAN...

GENERAL REMINDER TO THE SISTERS.

THE SALAT OF  A WOMAN...

The salat of the woman in the Innermost quarter part of her home is best loved by Allah.

-She should dress completely covered.

-Should not raise her hands to her ears but only to her shoulders.

-In ruk'u, women should tuck their arms into the body and not spread them outward.

-She should do ihtifaaz During sujud.

- She should do tarabb'u in tashahhud and draw her legs to one side.

-She should not open her legs .

-She should close her legs while standing and sitting

-She should not open her hand like the men during sujud .

- She shud not sit like the men during tashahud

- She should not read loud

-She should pull herself together as much as possible.

-  She should not allow for any space between her limbs so that her posterior is not raised.

- During sujud she should bring her thighs together and press her abdomen to them.

- She should do whatever is more concealing for her.

REWARDS OF SALAT OF THE WOMAN::

The reward of congregational salat for men is twenty seven times more than that of an individual salat.

the more rewarding salat of a woman is that which is most concealed and performed within the confines of her home and of her innermost living quarters. she should Pray in her house ,and in her house in her room, in her room at her chamber , in her chamber at her very makhda

Abdullah bin Mas'ood (radiyallaahu anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "The salat of a woman in her makhda' (partition) is better than her salat in her hujrah (chamber); and her salat in her hujrah is better than her salat in her bait (house)" (Sahih Ibni Khuzaimah, vol 3, pg 95, Al-Maktab al-Islami)

Abdullah bin Mas'ood (radiyallaahu anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "The most beloved salat to Allah of a woman is the one that she performs in the darkest spot of her home" (Majma' Al-Zawaaid- Hafidh Haythami has classified all the narrators as authentic, vol 2, pg 35, Maktaba Al-Qudsi)

THE AWRAH OF THE WOMAN::

The women awrah is different totally from the men .The women whilst about to read her salat , she should cover herself COMPELETLY FROM HEAD TO TOES , leaving only the feet, face and palm exposed.

And her hair should be completely covered ,not a single hair should be seen.

Aysha (radiyallaahu anha) reports that Rasulullah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "Allah does not accept the salat of a woman without a scarf" (Mustadrak Al-Hakim-declared Sahih upon the conditions of Muslim by Hakim and agreed by Dhahabi, vol 1, pg 380, #917, Ilmiyya)

THE WOMEN SHOULD RAISE THEIR HAND TO THE LINE OF THEIR BREAST OR SHOULDER AND NOT TO EARS .

Abdu Rabbihi reports: "I saw Ummu Darda raising her hands up to her shoulders in salat" (Juz Raf'i Yadain by Bukhari, pg 66, #50, Dar Ibn Hazam)

Waail bin Hujar (radiyallaahu anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "O Waail bin Hujar! When you perform salat, make your hands in line of the ears; and woman should make their hands in line of their breasts" (Majma' Al-Zawaaid, vol 9, pg 374, Maktaba Al-Qudsi)

THE WOMEN SUJUD::

The Women sujud should be in a.very simple form .the womem should attach their body to the ground during sujud . That is should make their belly lay on their thighs .

Their hand should not be spaced but attached closely to their body .

When sitting after sujud or during tashahud. They should place one of their thigh on the other thigh . They shud sitting , in a simple form of ihtifaaz, "Ihtifaaz": where a woman draws herself close together and leans onto one side by resting on their left buttocks and completely contracting themselves.

Or they sit on the legs crossed "Tarabbu'": to sit cross legged

Yazid bin Abi Habib (radiyallaahu anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) once passed by two women who were performing salaat. He said: "When you make sajdah, attach your body to the ground, for indeed, women are not like men in this matter".(Maraseel of Abi Dawood, pg 118, #87, Muassasah Al-Risalah)

(The narrators in the above Hadith are reliable and not rejected-I'laau Al-Sunan, vol 3, pg 26, Idara Al-Quran)

Abdullah ibn Umar was asked: how women performed their salah during the era of Rasulullah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam)? He replied: "Initially they performed tarabbu'. Then they were ordered to do Ihtifaz" (Sharh Musnad Abi Hanifa, pg 191, Ilmiyya)

(The chains of narrators in the above Hadith are authentic-I'laau Al-Sunan, vol 3, pg 27, Idara Al-Quran)

During ruk'u, women should tuck their arms into the body and not spread them outward. They should also merely place their hands over their knees with closed fingers, and not grasp them with the fingers spread wide open.

In fact, women should try to keep their fingers close together in all the postures of salah.

During prostration men should allow for some space and distance between their stomachs and thighs, and arms and the side of the body, whilst women should press these limbs together.

In sujud , men should raise their arms off the ground and allow for some distance but women should let them cling to the ground.

During the sitting of tashahhud,  women are to take out both their legs towards the right hand side of the body and rest on the posterior without raising their right foot.

Jummat prayer, you have two choice
1- the good ( going for jummah in masjid)
2- the best  ( praying at home coz Allahu loves that most).

Your salat is verily most loved by Allahu when you pray at home.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

May Allah alwaz mek it easier for us and guide us to the ryt path till jannatul firdaus

RULING ON BLEACHING THE SKIN

Asalam Alaikum,

Bleaching the skin is done for one of TWO REASONS:

❶ It is done in the PURSUIT of BEAUTY and PERFECTION.

This is not permitted because it involves changing the creation of Allaah, and because it is regarded as being in the same class as tattooing, practitioners of which were CURSED by Rasululllah.

❷ It is done to remove a FAULT of BLEMISH, such as a BLACK SPOT or something similar on the hand or elsewhere, which a person bleaches in an attempt to remove the blemish.

There is nothing wrong with this, because it is counted as removing faults.

And Allaah knows best

FROM MORNING ADHKAAR

Rasulullaah said:

"He who recites in the morning and in the evening the statement: `SUBHAN-ALLAHI WA BIHAMDIHI (Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with praising Him)' ONE HUNDRED times, will not be surpassed on the Day of QIYAMA by anyone with BETTER deeds than one who utters the SAME words or utters MORE of these words.''

Treatment of evil eye with zikr and dua

If the person who has put the evil eye is not known, then one can ask Allah to cure him by reciting some verses of the Quran and do as prescribed in the Shary’ah. It will by Allah’s leave cure the affected person, as always have been.

The affected person should hold his hands up together and recite into them Al-Faatihah (1st Surah of Quran), Ayat-ul-Kursi (verse 255 of Surah Baqara – 2nd Surah) and Al-Mu-awizaat (Last two Surahs of Quran), then blow into his hands and wipe them all over his body.

The sick person may also recite the Verses over Olive oil and smear it on the site affected with evil eye; he may also recite the above verses over water and wash himself with it; he may even drink from that water.

If the sick person is able to recite prayers for refuge, he may recite the prayers bellow. All narrated from Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

“A’oodhu bi kalimaat-illaah il-taammati min sharri ma khalaq”
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of that which He has created.
“A’oodhu bi kalimaat Allaah Al-taammah min kulli shaytaanin wa haammah wa min kulli ‘aynin laammah”
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, from every devil and every poisonous reptile, and from every evil eye.
“Allahumma rabba annasi, azhibi ai-ba’sa washfi anta shaff, ia shifa’a iiia shifa’uka, shifa’an ia yughadiru saqaman.”
O Allah, the Lord of people, drive away the pain, and heal me, for You are the Healer, there is no cure except Your Cure; a cure that does not leave any illness, but that it cures it.
If the sick person cannot move and is unable to recite the above prayers, then a 3rd person can help him through the following:

Put your hand on the patient’s forehead and recite the chapters:
Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas (Last three Surahs of Quran)
Put your hand on the patient’s forehead and say:
“Bismiiiahi yubrika min kulli daa’in yushfika wa min sharre haasidin iza hasada wa min shrri kull zee ‘an”
In the name of Allah, He will heal you, from any illness He will cure you, from the evil of the jealous when he gets jealous, and from the evil of a person with an evil eye.

Does Allah sleep?

Ibn kathir mentions this ....
He said some jews came to musa(as) and they
asked musa.......
They said to him... Oh Musa, does Allah sleep?
So musa(as) couldn't answer then and then ,so
what happened was.....two angels came to musa
(as) they came to Musa after (he Had a long day
of Dawah' and they gave musa two bottles ( two
glass or clay bottles) they said to musa , tonight
you have to stand all night... And hold these
glass bottles (like that) but you can't let's go , so
musa takes the bottles and he holds them,
You know the first part of the night goes by and
he was getting tired, his eye lids are getting
heavy and he's getting weak, he's Exhausted , he
wants to sleep , second part of the night comes,
they are getting heavier, before you know it musa
(as) falls asleep he falls down, and the glass
bottles , (clay bottles) come crashing down so
the Angels come back to Musa and say oh musa
if Allah (Aza Wa Jal) was to sleep for a second
The heavens would come crashing down to the
earth like this glass bottles smashed (into) the
floor.....this is the Greatness of Allah (Aza Wa
Jal) the one who never sleeps,
Allah! There is no God but HE, the ever living, the
Eternal.
No slumber can seize Him nor sleep.
His are all things in the heavens and on earth.
Who is that can intercede with Him but by his
Permission?
He knoweth what (appeareth to his creatures as)
before or after or behind them.
And they cannot comprehend anything out of his
knowledge except what he pleases.
His throne doth extend over the heavens and
earth.
And he Feeleth no fatigue in guarding and
preserving them for he is the most high, the
supreme(in glory).
Ayat Al-Kursi has Ten Complete Arabic Sentences
1. Allah's statement,
(Allah! None has the right to be worshipped but
He) mentions that Allah is the One and Only Lord
of all creation. 2. Allah's statement,
(Al-Hayyul-Qayyum) testifies that Allah is the
Ever Living, Who never dies, Who sustains
everyone and everything. All creation stands in
need of Allah and totally relies on Him, while He
is the Most Rich, Who stands in need of nothing
created. Similarly, Allah said,
(And among His signs is that the heaven and the
earth stand by His command) ﴿ 30:25 ﴾ . 3. Allah's
statement,
﴿ ﻻَ ﺗَﺄْﺧُﺬُﻩُ ﺳِﻨَﺔٌ ﻭَﻻَ ﻧَﻮْﻡٌ ﴾
(Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him) means,
no shortcoming, unawareness or ignorance ever
touches Allah. Rather, He is aware of, and
controls what every soul earns, has perfect watch
over everything, nothing escapes His knowledge,
and no secret matter is secret to Him. Among His
perfect attributes, is the fact that He is never
effected by slumber or sleep. Therefore, Allah's
statement,
﴿ ﻻَ ﺗَﺄْﺧُﺬُﻩُ ﺳِﻨَﺔٌ ﴾
(Neither slumber overtakes Him) indicates that no
unawareness due to slumber ever overtakes Allah.
Allah said afterwards,
﴿ ﻭَﻻَ ﻧَﻮْﻡٌ ﴾
(nor sleep), which is stronger than slumber. It is
recorded in the Sahih that Abu Musa said, "The
Messenger of Allah delivered a speech regarding
four words:
ﺧَﻠْﻘِﻪ »
(Allah does not sleep, and it does not befit His
majesty that He sleeps. He lowers the scales and
raises them. The deeds of the day are resurrected
in front of Him before the deeds of the night, and
the deeds of the night before the deeds of the
day. His Veil is light, or fire, and if He removes it,
the rays from His Face would burn whatever His
sight reaches of His creation.)
4. Allah's statement,
(To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and
whatever is on the earth) indicates that everyone
is a servant for Allah, a part of His kingdom and
under His power and authority. Similarly, Allah
said,
(There is none in the heavens and the earth but
comes unto the Most Gracious (Allah) as a
servant. Verily, He knows each one of them, and
has counted them a full counting. And everyone
of them will come to Him alone on the Day of
Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or
defender)) ﴿ 19:93-95 ﴾ . 5. Allah's statement,
(Who is he that can intercede with Him except
with His permission) is similar to His statements,
(And there are many angels in the heavens,
whose intercession will avail nothing except after
Allah has given leave for whom He wills and is
pleased with) ﴿ 53:26 ﴾ , and,
(They cannot intercede except for him with whom
He is pleased) ﴿ 21:28 ﴾ .
These Ayat assert Allah's greatness, pride, and
grace, and that no one dares to intercede with
Him on behalf of anyone else, except by His
permission. Indeed, the Hadith about the
intercession, states that the Prophet said,
(I will stand under the Throne and fall in
prostration, and Allah will allow me to remain in
that position as much as He wills. I will thereafter
be told, "Raise your head, speak and you will be
heard, intercede and your intercession will be
accepted''. The Prophet then said, "He will allow
me a proportion whom I will enter into
Paradise.'')
6. Allah's statement,
﴿ ﻳَﻌْﻠَﻢُ ﻣَﺎ ﺑَﻴْﻦَ ﺃَﻳْﺪِﻳﻬِﻢْ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺧَﻠْﻔَﻬُﻢْ ﴾
(He knows what happens to them (His creatures)
in this world, and what will happen to them in the
Hereafter) this refers to His perfect knowledge of
all creation; its past, present and future. Similarly,
Allah said that the angels proclaimed;
(And we (angels) descend not except by the
command of your Lord (O Muhammad ). To Him
belongs what is before us and what is behind us,
and what is between those two; and your Lord is
never forgetful) ﴿ 19:64 ﴾ . 7. Allah's statement,
(And they will never compass anything of His
Knowledge except that which He wills), asserts
the fact that no one attains any part of Allah's
knowledge except what Allah conveys and allows.
This part of the Ayah indicates that no one ever
acquires knowledge of Allah and in His Attributes,
except what He conveys to them. For instance,
Allah said,
﴿ ﻭَﻻَ ﻳُﺤِﻴﻄُﻮﻥَ ﺑِﻪِ ﻋِﻠْﻤﺎً ﴾
(But they will never compass anything of His
knowledge) ﴿ 20: 110 ﴾ . 8. Allah said,
(His Kursi extends over the heavens and the
earth.)
Waki` narrated in his Tafsir that Ibn `Abbas said,
"Kursi is the footstool, and no one is able to give
due consideration to ﴿ Allah's ﴾ Throne.'' Al-Hakim
recorded this Hadith in his Mustadrak from Ibn
`Abbas, who did not relate it to the Prophet . Al-
Hakim said, "It is Sahih according to the criteria
of the Two Sahihs, and they (Al-Bukhari and
Muslim) did not record it.'' In addition, Ad-
Dahhak said that Ibn `Abbas said, "If the seven
heavens and the seven earths were flattened and
laid side by side, they would add up to the size of
a ring in a desert, compared to the Kursi.'' 9.
Allah said,
﴿ ﻭَﻻَ ﻳَﺆُﻭﺩُﻩُ ﺣِﻔْﻈُﻬُﻤَﺎ ﴾
(And He feels no fatigue in guarding and
preserving them) meaning, it does not burden or
cause Him fatigue to protect the heavens and
earth and all that is in between them. Rather, this
is an easy matter for Him. Further, Allah sustains
everything, has perfect watch over everything,
nothing ever escapes His knowledge and no
matter is ever a secret to Him. All matters are
insignificant, modest and humble before Him. He
is the Most Rich, worthy of all praise. He does
what He wills, and no one can ask Him about
what He does, while they will be asked. He has
supreme power over all things and perfect
alertness concerning everything. He is the Most
High, the Greatest, there is no deity worthy of
worship except Him, and no Lord other than Him.
10. Allah's statement,
(And He is the Most High, the Most Great) is
similar to His statement,
﴿ ﺍﻟْﻜَﺒِﻴﺮُ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺘَﻌَﺎﻝِ ﴾
(the Most Great, the Most High) ﴿ 13:9 ﴾ .
These and similar Ayat and authentic Hadiths
about Allah's Attributes must be treated the way
the Salaf (righteous ancestors) treated them by
accepting their apparent meanings without
equating them ﴿ with the attributes of the creation
﴾ or altering their apparent meanings.
ﻋَﻠِﻴﻢٌ ﴾
‏( 256 . There is no compulsion in religion. Verily,
the right path has become distinct from the
wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and
believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most
trustworthy handhold that will never break. And
Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.)

Stay away from five kinds of people,

1. A liar, as he will also betray you,

2. A witless person, as he will try to benefit you, but will always cause you harm.

3. A miser, for he will cause you intense loss in order to gain even the slightest benefit.

4. A coward who will leave you in distress during a difficult situation.

5. A man who does bad actions, for he will sell you for one morsel and will still be hopeful of even less than that.

Darun Nadwah

This photo, which is north-west of the Ka’bah,
shows the approximate place where the Darun
Nadwah (Assembly House) was located. The
house functioned as a house of parliament for
the Quraysh and it was from here that they
plotted to kill the Prophet (peace and blessings
of Allah be on him). Note that this area is
located in the new expansion project of the
Haram.
Qusay bin Kilaab built the Darun Nadwah
approximately 150 years before the birth of the
Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on
him). The house was used for public meetings;
discussions were held to settle important
matters like war and peace, caravans
assembled before going out, and marriages
and other ceremonies were conducted. It was
also from here that battalions received their
flags before marching in battle.
The leaders of the Quraysh gathered in Darun
Nadwah to scheme against Islam and the
Muslims. When Islam was gathering strength
in Makkah and the Quraysh feared their power
would become undermined they held a special
council to discuss how they could get rid of
the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be
on him).
Iblees (Satan) was also present in this meeting
disguised as Sheik Jaleel of Najd. Some of the
leaders of the Quraysh were of the opinion that
they should banish the Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allah be on him) from their
territory, while others felt they should imprison
him till death. Finally, Abu Jahl put forth his
idea that they should each select a strong
youth from their tribe, arm them with swords
and strike the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allah be on him) in one go. By assassinating
the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be
on him) in this manner, all of the clans would
have a share of his blood and the Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allah be on him)’s
protectors, Banu Abdu Munaf could not take on
all of the Quraysh at one time. Sheik Jaleel
(Iblees) commended the plan and the Quraysh
set their trap.
However, Jibraeel (upon him be peace) came
to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah
be on him) and told him of the plot to
assassinate him. That night, the Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allah be on him) asked
Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) to sleep in
his bed after assuring him that no harm would
come to him and he himself managed to slip
away unnoticed. It was only at dawn that the
Quraysh realised that it was Ali (may Allah be
pleased with him) that was sleeping on the bed
and that they had been tricked. Regarding this
incident Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He)
makes mention in Surah al-Anfal: “Remember
how the unbelievers plotted against you to
imprison you, to kill you, or to exile you from
Makkah. They plot and plan, but Allah plans
too, and the best of planners is Allah.” [8:30]
Darun Nadwah came into Muslim control after
the conquest of Makkah. Due to the close
proximity to the Masjid Haram, many Muslim
leaders and Khulafa stayed there when they
performed Hajj and Umrah, among them being
Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) on one
occasion.
The Abbasi Khalifah, Mu’tadhid Billah included
the Darun Nadwah in the Masjid Haram in the
year 284 AH (897 CE)

The Broken Packet...

Are we collecting our good deeds in a broken packet????

Beware of the broken packet..,

You make the best wudhu
but waste a lot of water ( a broken packet)

You give alot of sadaqah to the poor ,
but you humiliate them and hurt them
( a broken packet)

You stand up for tahajjud, fast, and obey your Lord ,
but you cut your family ties and stop connecting with them. (broken packet)

You fast and have
sabr for the pangs of hunger and thirst ,
but you swear ,
insult, curse ( broken packet)

You wear abaya and scarf,
but your perfume is strong  (broken packet)

You have time for family and friends,
But you have no time for your neighbours, you don't even know them. ( broken packet)

You honour and are good to your guest ,
but when he leaves .....you gossip about him and talk about all his flaws (broken packet )

Do not gather all your good deeds in a broken packet.

You struggle to fill it whilst it easily runs out on the other side...

why is smoking haram? Praise be to Allaah.

Perhaps you know that all nations of the world – Muslim and kaafir alike – have now started to fight smoking, because they know that it is very harmful. Islam forbids everything that is harmful, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There should be no harming or reciprocating harm.”

Undoubtedly there are foods and drinks which are beneficial and good, and others which are harmful and bad. Allaah described our Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in the following terms (interpretation of the meaning):

“he allows them as lawful At Tayyibaat (i.e. all good and lawful as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons and foods), and prohibits them as unlawful Al Khabaa’ith (i.e. all evil and unlawful as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons and foods)

[al-A’raaf 7:157]

Is smoking one of the good and lawful things (al-tayyibaat) or one of the evil and unlawful things (al-khabaa’ith)?

Secondly: it was narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah forbids you to trade gossip, to ask too many questions and to waste money.” And Allaah forbade wasteful extravagance when He said (interpretation of the meaning):

“and eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allaah) likes not Al Musrifoon (those who waste by extravagance) [al-A’raaf 7:31]

And He described the slaves of the Most Merciful as follows (interpretation of the meaning):

“And those who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but hold a medium (way) between those (extremes)” [al-Furqaan 25:67]

The whole world now knows that the money spent on smoking is to be considered as money wasted, from which no benefit is gained; indeed, it is money spent on something harmful. If the money which is spent on smoking worldwide were to be collected, it could have saved entire populations who have died of starvation. Is there anyone more foolish that one who holds a dollar bill and sets fire to it? What is the difference between him and the one who smokes? Indeed, the smoker is more foolish, because the folly of the one who burns a dollar bill ends there, whilst the one who smokes burns his money and also harms his body.

Thirdly: how many disasters have been caused by smoking, because of cigarette butts which are thrown away and cause fires. Other disasters have been caused in other ways, as when a house was burned down with its occupants inside, when a man lit his cigarette when there was a gas leak.

Fourthly: how many people are offended by the smell of smokers, especially when you are unfortunate enough to have one of them standing next to you in the mosque. Probably any nasty smell is easier to bear than the smell of the smoker’s mouth when he has just woken up. It is amazing how many women can put up with the smell of their husbands’ mouths! The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade those who had eaten garlic or onions from coming to the mosque so that they would not offend their fellow-worshippers with their smell. The smell of onions and garlic is easier to bear than the smell of the smoker and his mouth.

These are some of the reasons why smoking is haraam.

heart.
The messenger of ALLAH, the Prophet MUHAMMAD,

'Allah says:
- Oh you My creature, I gave you a place in the
womb,
- I covered your face with a veil so that you do not
be
scared,

so that the smell of food does not bother you,
- I've put a support to your right and to your left a
support to protect you:
- To your right the liver and spleen to your left,
- I taught you to stand and sit in the womb.

winter.
- If you do not sleep, your mother does not sleep!
- If you do not eat, your mother does not eat!
- After you have become a strong man, you start to deny me, and you experienced no discomfort in front of me,
- Despite this, if you ask me, I give you,
- If you invoke, I hear you,
- And if you repent, I accept your repentance!
- What do you want better than that??
-Please Say these words:
- Subhaan'Allah
Alhamdu Lillah

Questions

Asking a recently married couple: When are u
having a baby?
Asking a divorced sister why did u get divorced?
Asking an unmarried sister when are u getting
married?
Asking a brother where did u get the money to
buy ur car?
Before asking such nosy questions remember
Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said: "Part
of the perfection of someone’s Islam is his
LEAVING ALONE that which does NOT CONCERN
him.” [Hadith 11, An Nawawi, Tirmidhi]
Hassan bin Sinan, a Taba'ee, once saw a house &
asked a simple question: When was this house
built? But he straightaway realised that he has
asked something which does not concern him &
as a punishment he fasted for a year! [Mentioned
in Mukhtasar Minhaj Alqasideen]
Subhaan Allah he asked a simple question &
regretted it, yet we ask nosy questions about
people's personal lives yet we dont feel any
shame ....

Last Words of Nabi Kareem S.A.W Read it, Once !!

Incredible!

Suddenly, there was a person, he said salaam.
'May I come in?' he asked.
But Fatimah(r.a) did not allow him enter the
room.
'I'm sorry, my father is ill,' said Fatimah(r.a) ,
turned her body back and closed the door.
She went back to her father who had opened his
eyes and asked Fatimah(r.a) , 'Who was he, my
daughter?'
'I don't know, my father. It was the first time for
me to see him,' Fatimah(rt.Anha) said gently.
Then, Rasulullah(s. a.w) looked at his daughter
with trembled look, as if he wanted to reminisce
about every part of his daughter's face.
'Know one thing! He is who erases the
temporary pleasure; he is who separates the
companionship in the world.
He is the death angel,' said Rasulullah (s.a.w).
Fatimah(r.a) bore the bomb of her cry. The
death angel came toward him, But Rasulullah(s.
a.w) asked why Jibril(alahsalam) did not come
along with him..
Then, Jibril(alahsalam) was called. Jibril
(alehslam) was ready in the sky to welcome the
soul of Habibullah and the leader of the earth.
'O Jibril, explain to me about my rights in front of
ALLAH?' Rasulullah(s. a.w) asked with a weakest
voice.
'The doors of sky have opened, the angels are
waiting for your soul.'
'All jannats doors re open widely waiting for you,'
Jibril(alehsalam) said..
But, in fact, all this did not make Rasulullah(s.
a.w) relieved, his eyes were still full of worry..
'You are not happy to hear this news?' asked
Jibril(alehsalam) .
'Tell me about the destiny of my people in
future?'
'Don't worry, O Rasul ALLAH(s.a.w) . I heard
ALLAH tell me: 'I make jannat haram for every
one, except the people of Muhammad(s.a.w)who
are inside it,' Jibril(alehsalam) said.
It became closer and closer, the time for
Malaekat Izrail(alehsalam) to do his work.
Slowly, Rasulullah's (s.a.w)soul was pulled. It
was seemed that the body of Rasulullah
(s.a.w)was full of sweat; the nerves of his neck
became tight.
'Jibril(alehsalam) , how painful this sakaratul
maut is!'
Rasulullah(s. a.w) uttered a groan slowly.
Fatimah(rt.anha) closed her eyes, Ali(r.a) sat
beside her bowed deeply and Jibril(alehsalam)
turned his face back.
'Am I repugnant to you that you turn your face
back o Jibril?'(alehsalam)
Rasulullah(s. a.w) asked the Deliverer of Wahyi.
'Who is the one who could see the Habibullah in
his condition of sakaratul maut,' Jibril(alehsalam)

Not for a while, Rasulullah(s.a.w) uttered a groan
because of unbearable pain.
'O ALLAH, how great is this sakaratul maut. Give
me all these pains, don't give it to my people.'
The body of Rasulullah(s.a.w) became cold, his
feet and chest did not move anymore....
His lips vibrated as if he wanted to say
something, Ali(r.a) took his ear close to
Rasulullah(s. a.w).
'Uusiikum bis salati, wa maa malakat aimanukum
- take care of the saalat and take care the weak
people among you.'
Outside the room, there were cries shouted each
other, sahabah held each other. Fatimah(r.a)
closed her face with her hands and, again, Ali
(r.a) took his ear close to Rasulullah's(s.a.w)
mouth which became bluish.
'Ummatii, ummatii, ummatii?' - 'My people, my
people, my people.'
And the life of the Prophet(s.a.w) ended.
Could we love each other like him? Allahumma
sallee 'ala Muhammad wa baarik wa salim 'alaihi.
How deep is Rasulullah's(s.a.w) love to us.
Note:
Send this to all your Muslim friends so that there
is an awareness towards the love of ALLAH and
His Rasul - because - truly - except this love, the
other loves, are only fana (not everlasting) thing.

SAAD' LOVE

The battle of Uhud was one of the most difficult times on theProphet (sallallahu alayhi wasalam) and the Muslimeen. Not only
did the Munafiq, Abdullah bin Salool, betray them by withdrawing 300 of his men when the Muslims arrived at Uhud, but they were
also greatly outnumbered.
Those who stayed in battle were some of the bravest people to exist in history. They were the true believers who sacrificed all they had for Allah and His Messenger, knowning that they would be killed.

Many of the great Sahabah began falling one by one. On that day, great men like Hamzah died. Men like Saa’d bin Rabi’ died. It was a
sad time for the Prophet seeing that he was losing his most loyal companions. Those who believed in him and stood by him.

Sa’ad bin Rabi’ was one of the wealthiest of the Ansar, if not the wealthiest. He had everything from money, wives, and children. He
went out to Uhud leaving behind all of it for the sake of Allah. At the end of the battle, the Prophet, sallallahu alayhi wasalam, asked the
Sahabah, “Who will find out for me what happened to Saa’d bin Al-Rabi’?” So one of the Ansar said, “I will”.

The Ansari went out looking for Sa’ad and found him heavily injured on the ground on his last breathe. The Ansari said to Sa’ad, “The Prophet has asked
to find out whether you are alive or dead”.

Saa’d replied,
I am dead. Pass my salam to the Prophet, sallallahu alayhi wasalam, and tell him that Sa’ad says: may Allah reward you the best of reward on behalf of a tribe to their chosen Prophet, and pass my
salam to your people, and let them know that Saa’d says that they shall have no excuse with Allah if something were to happen to you and they still have an eye that blinks (to defend you).
He died soon after.

Virtue of Salam

and replying back to salam

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) explained that this salaam spreads love and brotherhood. Muslim (54), Ahmad (2/391), and al-Tirmidhi (2513) narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“You will not enter Paradise until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another.

☝ Shall I not tell you about something which, if you do it, you will love one another?

SPREAD SALAM AMONGST YOURSELVES"

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also explained the reward earned by the one who says salaam,

as was reported by al-Nisaa’i in ‘Aml al-yawm wa’l-laylah (368) and al-Bukhaari in al-Adab al-Mufrad (586) and by Ibn Hibban (493).

They reported from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him)

that a man passed by the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) whilst he was sitting with some others, and said

“Salaam ‘alaykum (peace be upon you).”

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “[He will have] ten hasanaat (rewards).”

Another man passed by and said

“Salaam ‘alaykum wa rahmat-Allaah (peace be upon you and the mercy of Allaah).”

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “[He will have] twenty hasanaat2⃣0⃣.”

Another man passed by and said

“Salaam ‘alaykum wa rahmat-Allaahi wa barakaatuhu (peace be upon you and the mercy of Allaah and His blessings).”

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “[He will have] thirty hasanaat3⃣0⃣.”

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)

COMMANDED(ORDERED)  us to RETURN salaams,

and made it a right and a duty.

Ahmad (2/540), al-Bukhaari (1240), Muslim (2792), al-Nisaa’i in al-Yawm wa’l-Laylah (221) and Abu Dawood (5031)

all reported that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“The Muslim has five5⃣ rights over his fellow-Muslim:

1⃣he should return his salaams,

2⃣visit him when he is sick,

3⃣attend his funeral,

4⃣accept his invitation, and

5⃣pray for mercy for him [say “Yarhamuk Allaah”] when he sneezes.”

Do you feel alone? All you need to do is remember Allah!

‘So remember Me; I will remember
you’ (Quran 2:152)
Allah is telling us, inviting us to remember
Him and in return He will remember us.
That’s his promise. Amazing!
Sometimes I feel so weak mentally. What
can I do to feel better and more inspired?
“And We sent down of the Quran that which
is healing and mercy for the
believers…” (Quran 17:82)
You see, the human being is body, mind and
soul. We know how to feed our body (food),
we know how to feed our mind (education),
but sometimes we neglect to feed our soul.
The Quran itself is healing for us. The best
medicine for our hearts and mind is the
Quran, don’t take it for granted. Read it
daily…
My life is so tough. When will life get easier?
‘Indeed with hardship will be ease’ (Quran
94:6)
Allah also promises us that whenever we
undergo hardship there is ease, conveyed
beautifully in this Ayah
I have committed so many sins and I feel
overcome with guilt, I feel God will never
ever forgive me. I feel despair and
hopeless.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) also said:
“If you were to not commit sins, Allah would
remove you and replace you with a people
who would commit sins and then seek Allah’s
forgiveness, so Allah could forgive
them.” (Muslim)
‘And whoever does a wrong or wrongs
himself but then seeks forgiveness of Allah
will find Allah Forgiving and
Merciful’ (Quran 4:110)
The Prophet sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam
said, “Indeed Shaytan said, ‘My Lord, by
Your Honor and Might! I will not stop
misleading Your slaves as long as their souls
remain in their bodies’. So Allah responded,
‘By My Honor, Might and Majesty, I will not
stop forgiving them as long as they seek My
forgiveness.’” (Ahmad)
Allah understands we are sometimes weak
and prone to sinning. But the key is to
repent, to feel remorseful. Repentance is
the key.

Are women neglected in the Islamic law?

Women obtained the position and value that they deserved with Islam and reached the peace and bliss they had always longed for throughout history. Islamic law has abolished the practices of excess and negligence and set up a perfect balance and harmony between two genders.

According to Islam, women and men are equal to each other in terms of being servants that Allah Almighty has created. (al-Hujurat, 13; an-Nisa 1) As the Prophet Muhammad put it, " All human beings whether male or female are equal like the teeth of a comb.” (Bilmen, Ömer, Nasuhi, Hukuk-u İslâmiye ve İstilahat-ı Fıkhiye Kamusu, II. 73-74).

Women and men are two halves of an apple. This verse expresses it most beautifully:

They are clothes (Lîbas) for you and you are clothes for them. (Al-Baqarah, 2:187) Just as clothes cover private parts, protect you from warmth or cold, so too does each of you cover one another’s bad deeds and amend your deficiencies.

Then the debate ‘whether men or women are superior’ is inappropriate. Again, according to the explanation in the Qur’an, men have some qualities and superiorities, which women do not have; likewise, women have some qualities and superiorities that men do not have. Therefore, both genders are in need of each other from different aspects; and thus, both genders have superiorities different from each other by nature. To make comparisons on the same points would lead us to wrong conclusions. (An-Nisa, 4:34)

According to the Quran, a human being has only one character regardless of gender. Both women and men are held responsible for the same ethical characteristics. What matters in the eye of Allah is religious ethics and taqwa. Allah informs us about this fact as follows in the Quran:

"Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you." (al-Hujurat, 13)

As it is seen, according to the Quran, affinity to Allah is not based on a person's gender, color or race but on the "ideal Islamic ethics" informed by Allah. As a matter of fact, Allah states that believers who acts in accordance with high ethics whether male or female will be rewarded in the best way both in the world and the hereafter:

"Whoever works righteousness, man or woman and has Faith, verily, to him will We give a life that is good and pure, and We will bestow on such their reward according to the best of their actions." (an-Nahl, 97)

After this short introduction, let us examine closely some customs that Islam abolished in favor of women and the rights Islam gives to women.

1. Some Customs That Islam Abrogated in Favor Of Women: Islam rejected the notion that women are cursed, which is the belief of Christians and Jews. It severely prohibited the practice of burying girls alive, which was a custom of the pre-Islamic era in Arabia. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) declared that there was no ill omen in anything and smashed the belief of considering women inauspicious. He ordered men to show great compassion, love and care to women. He despised the hatred towards the girls and praised them by saying, “be fair while giving presents to your children; if I had to prefer one, it would be girls.” As an answer to one of his Companions who asked who was more worthy of respect, he said “Your mother” three times, in the fourth he said “Your father.”

2. The Rights Acknowledged To Women: Right and duty are two sister words. If there is a right, there must be a duty as well. The Islamic Law, which recognized women’s rights and freedom from the very beginning and despised their being looked down on, has assigned some duties onto them. Before mentioning them, we shall recall the principle he mentioned at the Last Sermon in the presence of 130.000 people:

“O People! it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women but they also have right over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah's trust and with his permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with anyone of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.”

Again, in a hadith, he says, “Fear Allah in respect of fulfilling the rights of women. Beware of transgressing their rights and freedom. For, they have been entrusted to you.” (Ajluni, Kashfu’l-Khafa, Beirut, 1351, I.36)

After this generalization, let us examine briefly the rights acknowledged to women in the Islamic law:

Women’s Right for Alimony (Nafaqa): A husband is obliged to provide alimony for his wife and for the children she gave birth to. That is, women may demand alimony from their husbands. In the Islamic Law, the husband has to meet his wife’s expenses of food, clothing, housing, and servant. Women may not be forced to share the expenses: It is incumbent on the husband to supply sustenance for the wife and children...

Women’s Right of Action: In the Islamic law, women have the right for action. They have freedom over their own properties. They can acquire or take upon themselves any kind of civil rights.

Furthermore, the guardianship of children is given to women, for boys until the age of seven, and for girls until they get married.

Right of Inheritance: Contrary to all systems of custom-practices laws (Roman Law excluded) at the time of Islam’s rise, the Islamic Law acknowledged women right for inheritance. This practice has been based on the equality except for giving two shares to brothers and one share to sisters among siblings. The logical reasons of the one-to-two practice have been satisfactorily explained both in the Qur’an and in the hadiths. Women getting fewer shares in inheritance are not something absolute.

The Right of Study and Education for Women: Study and education have a significant role in the Islamic community. The woman is the perfect pedagogue. It is the woman who mostly brings up and educates children. It is unthinkable that women be deprived of education. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) always encouraged and commanded women to learn how to write and read. There came a large number of women hadith-narrators, women of literature, and most importantly great women jurists in the history of Islam.

Right to Work: Women may exercise any profession, which is not contrary to the religion and ethics.

The Other Rights that Women can Demand from Their Husbands: A woman may want her due dowries (mahr) from her husband. Besides, the husband has to get on well with his wife. The woman may visit her family by informing her husband whenever she wants. The husband needs to have fun with his wife and allow her for legitimate pleasures. The husband may not treat his wife brutally for no reason. The husband must not reveal the secrets of his wife.

Let us indicate that although women have these rights, the head of the family is the husband. This is the principle adopted in the classical law systems anyway. Agreeing to this principle does not mean that there are, as some jurists claim, differences between women and men. The verse that points out this fact by saying that the husband is the head of the family also rejects this claim. The Holy Qur’an announces:

“Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other (which means, women also excel men in certain points), and because they spend of their property (for the support of women).” (an-Nisa, 4:34)

How To complete the QURAN in Ramadhan:

• The Quran has ~600 pages approx.
• If you divide it by 30 days, that's 20 pages a day.
❕You're thinking that's difficult to do right?
✋But, if you divide it by 5 prayers a day, it gets easier:
If you read 4 pages after every salah in Ramadhan, then you've completed the Quran.
If you want to complete the Quran twice, you read 4 pages before and after every salah.
Imagine, if you forward this message, if just one person benefits and complete the Quran. And it gets even better, because you would get the reward for them finding it easier to complete, insha'Alllah.
