"It is mercy which Allah has lodged in the hearts of His slaves, and Allah is merciful only to those of His slaves who are merciful (to others)

Sahih Bukhari 2.373:

Narrated Usama bin Zaid: The daughter of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) sent (a messenger) to the Prophet requesting him to come as her child was dying (or was gasping), but the Prophet returned the messenger and told him to convey his greeting to her and say: "Whatever Allah takes is for Him and whatever He gives, is for Him, and everything with Him has a limited fixed term (in this world) and so she should be patient and hope for Allah's reward." She again sent for him, swearing that he should come. The Prophet got up, and so did Sa`d bin 'Ubada, Mu`adh bin Jabal, Ubai bin Ka`b, Zaid bin Thabit and some other men. The child was brought to Allah's Apostle while his breath was disturbed in his chest (the sub−narrator thinks that Usama added: ) as if it was a leather water−skin. On that the eyes of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) started shedding tears. Sa`d said, "O Allah's Apostle! What is this?" He replied, "It is mercy which Allah has lodged in the hearts of His slaves, and Allah is merciful only to those of His slaves who are merciful (to others).

House of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him)

This is the approximate place where the house of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) was located in Makkah and from where Hijrah to Madinah commenced. It is in the Makkah Towers Hotel block, where a masjid (Masjid Abu Bakr) has been built on the 4th floor.

• When the decision to assassinate the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) had been made by the Quraysh, Jibraeel (upon him be peace) was sent down to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) to reveal to him the plot and to give him his Lord’s permission to leave Makkah.

• Having been given the command for migration, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) called at the house of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) at noon when the burning sun had forced the people indoors. Since it was an unusual time to visit, Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) speculated that migration must have been ordered. First of all he (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) inquired if there was any strange person in the house. When he was informed that there was no one in the house except Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and his daughters, Asma and Aisha (may Allah be pleased with them), he disclosed that migration to Madinah had indeed been ordered. “Who will accompany you on the journey?” Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) asked. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) said, “You will accompany me.” Having heard this, tears of joy trickled down from the eyes of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and he said, “O Prophet of Allah! I have already bought two she-camels for this purpose and have made them strong and stout, and I offer you one.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) said, “I will purchase it.” Thus he paid for it and Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) had to accept it. And from that moment, preparations for migration started. Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) made them provisions of parched barley and some other food, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was at that time still of a very tender age. After telling Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) of the plan, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) went back to his home.

• That night, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) slipped past the assassins surrounding his house and made his way to the house of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him). The two of them left Makkah hastily before the beginning of Fajr salah. Abdullah, the son of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) also accompanied them as they first journeyed to Jabal Thawr.

• When the Quraysh disbelievers realized they had been deceived and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) had escaped, they called at the house of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and knocked at the door. Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) came out. Abu Jahal angrily asked, “O girl! Where is your father?”. She flatly replied, “I know nothing about him.”Hearing this Abu Jahal slapped her so violently that her earrings fell down on the ground.

• When Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) emigrated to Madinah in the company of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him), he took with him all his money, thinking that the Prophet might need it. It was approximately 6,000 dirhams. After the departure, his father Abu Qahafah (who was blind and who had not till then accepted Islam) came to express his sympathy to his grandaughters.

• Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) says: “Our grandfather came to us and said, ‘Your father has shocked you with his migration to Madinah, and seems to have put you to further hardship by taking all his money with him.’ I said, ‘No grandfather, do not worry. He has left a lot of money for us.’ I collected some pebbles and deposited them in the recess where my father used to keep his money and covered it with a cloth. I then took my grandfather to the place and placed his hand over the cloth. He thought that the recess was really full of dirhams. He remarked: ‘It is good that he has left something for you to live on.’ By Allah, my father had not left a single dirham for us, I played this trick simply to pacify my grandfather.” This was the spirit of self-sacrifice imbued in the Muslims of that time.

• The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) once said, “Nobody’s wealth has benefited me so much as that of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him). I have compensated everybody for the good done to me, except Abu Bakr. He shall be compensated by Allah Himself.”

Sahih Bukhari 2.372:

Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet passed by a woman who was weeping beside a grave. He told her to fear Allah and be patient. She said to him, "Go away, for you have not been afflicted with a calamity like mine." And she did not recognize him. Then she was informed that he was the Prophet . so she went to the house of the Prophet and there she did not find any guard. Then she said to him, "I did not recognize you." He said, "Verily, the patience is at the first stroke of a calamity."

MALAYSIAN TEEN FINDS DAJJAL’S LOCATION

A Malaysian student, 15 year year old Syafiq Nik, has found the location of Masih-ad-Dajjal (the False Messiah, the Deceiver) AKA the Antichrist. Syafiq read the following hadith from Sahih Muslim: Book of Strife & Signs of the Hour:
Allāh’s Messenger said:
“By Allāh, I have not gathered you for exhortation or for a warning, but I have gathered you here, for Tamim Dari, a Christian, who came and accepted Islām, has narrated to me that he had sailed in a ship along with 30 men of Bani Lakhm and Bani Judham and they had been tossed by waves in the ocean for a month.
“Then these(waves) took them to an island within the ocean at the time of sunset. They sat in a small side-boat and entered that island. There they met a beast with long thick hair; they could not distinguish his face from his back.
They said: Woe to you, what can you be?
Thereupon it said: I am al-Jassasa.
They said: What is al-Jassasa?
And it said: O people, go to this person in the monastery as he is very eager to know about you.
He (the narrator) said: When it named a person waiting for us we were afraid of it lest it should be a Devil. Then we hurriedly went on till we came to that monastery and found a well-built person there with his hands tied to his neck and having iron shackles between his two legs up to the ankles.
We said: Woe upon thee, who are you?
And he said: You will soon come to know about me, but tell me, who are you?
So we told him our story.
He (the chained person) said: Inform me about the unlettered Prophet; what has he done?
We said: He has come out from Makkah and has settled in Yathrib (Madinah).
He said: Do the Arabs fight against him?
We said: Yes.
He said: How did he deal with them?
We informed him that he had overcome those in his neighborhood and they had submitted themselves before him.
He said: If it is so then it is better for them that they should show obedience to him. I am going to tell you about myself, I am Dajjal and will be soon permitted to go out and so I shall travel in the land in 40 nights and I will not spare any town where I shall not stay except Makkah and Madinah as these two are prohibited for me, both of them. Whenever I make an attempt to enter any one of these two, an angel with a sword in his hand will confront me and bar my way, and there would be angels to guard every passage leading to it.
And so Allāh’s Messenger ﷺ ended the tale.
“…and this account narrated by Tamim Dari was liked by me for it corroborates the account which I gave to you in regard to him (Dajjal) and in regard to Madinah and Makkah. Behold he (Dajjal) is in the Syrian sea (Mediterranean) or the Yemeni sea (Arabian sea). Nay, on the contrary, he is in the east, he is in the east, he is in the east,” he pointed with his hand towards the east.
After reading this, young Syafiq opened Google Earth and saw countless islands east of the Yemeni Sea. One particular set of islands caught his eye, which was shaped like a triangle.
“Everyone knows by now that triangles are among the signs of Dajjal and his Illuminati. For the pyramids are triangular and they had the Eye Of Dajjal, which Egyptologists call the Eye of Horus to fool the people. And did you know? When you put an upside-down triangle over a triangle, you get the Star of David, the symbol of the Jews! So I knew when I came across these islands that I have found the right one. Surely Dajjal is in one of these islands… unless he has left already to start his conquest! His time is upon us! All the signs are clear! People are building tall structures, people are getting more violent and perverted, more natural disasters are happening, the War in Sham (Syria) has already begun! And there have been sightings of a free Al-Jassasa roaming the Earth, people now call him Big Foot,” Syafiq told Mufti News.
In hundreds of years of scholarship, no other person had ever thought to make this connection. Syafiq enthusiastically contacted the Malaysian Space Agency to train its satellite telescopes onto the islands to find signs of Dajjal; The satellite mysteriously malfunctioned, confirming Syafiq’s suspicions.

Narrated Zainab bint Abi Salama: When the news of the death of Abu Sufyan reached from Sham, Um Habiba on the third day, asked for a yellow perfume and scented her cheeks and forearms and said, "No doubt, I would not have been in need of this, had I not heard the Prophet saying: "It is not legal for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to mourn for more than three days for any dead person except her husband, for whom she should mourn for four months and ten days."

Narrated Sahl: A woman brought a woven Burda (sheet) having edging (border) to the Prophet, Then Sahl asked them whether they knew what is Burda, they said that Burda is a cloak and Sahl confirmed their reply. Then the woman said, "I have woven it with my own hands and I have brought it so that you may wear it." The Prophet accepted it, and at that time he was in need of it. So he came out wearing it as his waist−sheet. A man praised it and said, "Will you give it to me? How nice it is!" The other people said, "You have not done the right thing as the Prophet is in need of it and you have asked for it when you know that he never turns down anybody's request." The man replied, "By Allah, I have not asked for it to wear it but to make it my shroud." Later it was his shroud.

Day of Resurrection he will be saying 'Labbaik."

Sahih Bukhari 2.356:

Narrated Ibn `Abbas: While a man was at `Arafat (for Hajj) with Allah's Apostle the fell down from his Mount and broke his neck (and died). So Allah's Apostle said, "Wash him with water and Sidr and shroud him in two pieces of cloth and neither perfume him nor cover his head, for Allah will resurrect him on the Day of Resurrection and he will be saying 'Labbaik."
